My life journey brought me to a place where I wanted to help others and share both the joys and pains of life. I decided to further my education by enrolling in a Graduate program that integrates Spirituality with both Western and Eastern Psychology. I found the perfect place for me to explore this passion at Sofia University (formally The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology) where the Transpersonal aspects of counseling psychology became the bridge that fulfilled my spiritual passion and gave me a wonderful platform to launch into the helping profession. “Transpersonal Psychology is an approach to understanding the way our minds operate through our relationships with others, resting in the belief that there is something bigger and deeper in the space between which operates upon us.” ~Jeffrey Sumber
Most recently in April of 2021 I received my coaching certification from Being True To You as an Addiction Recovery and Psycho-Spiritual Transformational Coach. I am trained in Psychedelic Integration, Addiction Recovery, and Transformational experiences. I am also a Psychic Intuitive and tap into Spirit for intuitive messages that are channeled through me for your highest good. I am an instrument for Divine Spirit energy to flow through me during for crystal energy healing sessions, readings, and in our sacred co-creative space. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, collaborative environment for all my clients to learn and grow at their own pace. More fun things about me ~ I love meditation, chanting, dancing, singing, reading, writing, creative expression, music, swimming and hiking with my dog, Cami, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and laughing A LOT! I do believe one of the most important, best "medicines" for navigating life's joys and pains is laughter.
